In order to avoid going offline, Pay-As-You-Go merchants can set up automatic top ups.
To do so, click on the "Billing" section on the left-side menu.
Then, in the "Top Up Settings" tab, you can activate the automatic top-up.
In this section, you'll be able to set up monthly cap budget by determining your top up amount and the frequency of your top up. 22 is our default number, but you can tailor it accordingly.
This way, the top-up will be done automatically when your balance reaches zero.
🚲 Let's have a look at an example. Bob wants to prevent his shop from going offline, so he activates the automatic top-up. Because his monthly budget is $500, he sets 5 monthly top ups of $100. This means every time his credit zeroes, his account is automatically topped up. After the 5th and final top up, if his balance reaches zero, the shop will go offline.
Once you've set up your automatic top up settings, click on submit.
⚠️ Attention to our merchants: To activate your automatic top up settings, you must top up your account. You can do so by clicking on the "Top up" button on your Account dashboard.
⚠️ To be able to active the automatic top up, you need to save your credit details first.
